  • I'm all for 30 million people getting insurance. What I'm not for is helping pay for it with a further reduction in medicare for people who've paid into it since it started. That on top of the monthly postponement of an existing law cut to medicare.

  • The math is even more ludicrous than the $8k credt for a $150k house compared to the $4.5k credit for a $20k car: it won't work. Why on earth would a lender accept another $1k against a $40-$200k loss. They would have already struck a deal where they loose $1k less.

  • Give me a break! Once when our alarm went off due to a door blowing open that wasn't properly closed, the cops came. I had just gotten home and he asked me for ID. I showed him my drivers license that had that address on it and he said have a nice day.

  • Well, duh! A trillion and a half--some say it's really 4-- and $8,000 to home buyers that amounts to a 'measley' 50 billion or so to solve the origin of the crisis. That's not a 'rescue' or 'relief' plan, that's the Democrats socialist agenda in disguise.
